This Privacy Policy covers dorealadvice.com, operated by DoSwiss Japan Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a Japanese company headquartered in Ashiya, Hyogo, Japan.

2. What we collect
2.1 Information you provide voluntarily
When you use our free tools or our Pro app, you may enter information such as business context, target country, and the wording of outreach messages. This information is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the requested output, and is not stored on our servers beyond what is technically necessary to fulfill your request.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect minimal technical information for security and abuse-prevention purposes:
- IP address — used for rate-limiting (e.g., the public outreach generator allows 3 generations per IP per day to prevent abuse)
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring website
2.3 Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize repeat visitors and aggregate traffic patterns. We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled.
Information collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google Ireland Limited (for EU/UK visitors) or Google LLC (for other visitors). Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide the requested tools and services (e.g., generating outreach messages)
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection)
- To analyze site usage and improve our services
- To respond to your enquiries
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not:

- Store the content of AI-generated outreach messages or analysis beyond your active session

- European Central Bank — Currency exchange rate data (no personal data shared)
5. Your rights
5.1 GDPR rights (EU/UK visitors)
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
5.2 APPI rights (Japan visitors)
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報保護法), you have similar rights of access, correction, and deletion of your personal information.

6. Data retention
We retain different types of data for different periods:
- Server access logs: 30 days
- Rate-limit records: 3 days (auto-deleted)
- AI tool inputs/outputs: Not stored beyond your active session
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default for our configuration)
- Email correspondence: Retained for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records
7. Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all site traffic
- API keys and secrets stored outside web-accessible directories or protected by server rules
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
- Regular security updates of underlying software
However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (notably Anthropic and Google) are based in the United States. By using this site, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries with different data protection standards than your home country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for these transfers.
9. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. We recommend checking this page periodically.
