What does the 14-day free trial include?
All Pro features, uncapped. No credit card required to start. At the end of 14 days you either convert to a paid monthly subscription or your account reverts to the free demo mode — you keep your data either way. We don't auto-charge.
Do I need to provide an Anthropic API key?
For Demo Mode, yes — you bring your own key and pay Anthropic directly for usage (typically $5-25/month depending on how much you use the AI features). For Pro, no — API costs are bundled into the subscription with generous limits. If you already have a key and prefer to use it, Pro supports that too.
Where is my data stored?
In Demo Mode, everything stays in your browser's local storage — nothing leaves your device. In Pro, your data syncs to a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database in the Tokyo or Frankfurt region (you choose at signup), with row-level security so only you and invited teammates can access your workspace.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes — one-click JSON export of everything (alerts, CRM, outreach history, reports) is available in both Demo and Pro. CSV export for individual modules as well. You own your data.
Is this replacing Salesforce or HubSpot?
No. DoRealAdvice is built for the specific EU-Japan corridor workflow. If you already use Salesforce, keep using it — DoRealAdvice handles the market intelligence and cultural/multilingual outreach that Salesforce isn't built for, and you can push qualified leads into your main CRM via CSV or (on request) direct integration.
What counts as "unlimited AI" in Pro?
In practice, unlimited for normal use — hundreds of alert scorings, outreach generations, and analysis queries per month. We have a fair-use policy that triggers only at genuinely abusive volumes (10,000+ API calls in a week) and we always contact you before any limits apply.
Can I get this in Japanese?
The interface is bilingual (English/Japanese toggle). All AI outputs can be generated in either language regardless of UI language. Documentation and support are currently English-first but Japanese email support is available for Pro subscribers.
Who's behind this?
DoRealAdvice is built by DoSwiss Japan Co., Ltd., a cross-cultural consulting firm in Ashiya, Hyogo. Founded by Dieter Sommerhalder — 40+ years of international banking (Credit Suisse, UBS), 14 years as Honorary Swiss Consul General for Western Japan, and Vice President of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Japan. The platform is built on that experience, not borrowed from generic templates.
