Why cross-cultural calibration matters more than fluent translation
A grammatically perfect English email sent to a Japanese company director can still fail — not because of the words, but because of everything around them. The opening line, the way the ask is framed, the timing of the sign-off, whether the sender's credentials come before or after the purpose, all carry cultural signal. The generator is prompted with DoSwiss Japan's cross-cultural framework — 14+ years of Swiss-Japan honorary consular and bridge work distilled into structured instructions. For Japanese output specifically, it produces correct keigo register, appropriate opening/closing formulas, and order of self-introduction / purpose / ask that matches native business correspondence.
Is my input data stored?
Generation requests are sent to Anthropic's Claude API and to our server to enforce the daily limit. We do not store the inputs or outputs beyond the request itself. No personal data is retained. See the privacy policy for full detail.
